1. Data controller
ADES is a brand of MOLTECH, represented by Sebastián Molina Salazar and based in Cali, Colombia. MOLTECH is responsible for the personal data collected on ades.moltech.dev. Contact: ades@moltech.dev.
2. What we collect
Only what you give us in the contact form: name, email, company (optional), the services you select and your project brief.
If you use the AI assistant, the messages you write are processed to generate its replies. We do not store the conversation; only the brief you choose to send through the contact form reaches us. Please do not share sensitive personal data in the chat.
The site uses no advertising or third-party tracking cookies. We store a single cookie to remember your preferred language.
3. How we use it
To answer your inquiry, prepare a proposal and, if we work together, manage the project. We never sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.
4. Service providers
To run the site and deliver your message we rely on providers that may process data outside Colombia: Vercel (hosting), Resend (email delivery) and an AI model provider, currently Groq, which processes the assistant's messages. They act on our behalf and only for these purposes.
5. Retention
For as long as the conversation lasts and up to two years afterwards, or for the period required by law if we sign a contract, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
6. Your rights
Under Colombian law (Law 1581 of 2012) you may access, update, correct and delete your data, revoke your authorization, request proof of it and file complaints with the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC).
To exercise them, write to ades@moltech.dev. We answer requests within ten business days and claims within fifteen.
7. Changes
If this policy changes, we'll publish the new version on this page with its date.
